SHIPPING TIME
Please read the checkout page for more updated information about the shipping time & processing time.
The shipping time is between 10-20 business days. We are only delivering on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will keep you informed if the orders come longer than normal. the receiving time will be the shipping time and the processing time. Due to high volume orders that need to process at this time we recommend you pick expedite shipping (DHL, FedEx) if you rush to receive your item.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Most of the orders are processed within 5 business days, some products may out of stock, therefore, we need some more days to find other factories. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
TRACKING NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE
In some cases, the processing could be longer than normal (due to supplier factories, due to high volume orders, type of products, holidays, golden weeks…) You will not get your tracking number within 3-7 business days. But we guarantee that you will still get the package with 30 business days. In this case, please be patient and feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. If we could not deliver your package within 30 business days, we will issue a refund of $30 as an apology for this issue happening on your order. Your understanding is greatly appreciated 💖
SHIPPING COST
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders. If you rush to get the product, please contact us and we will try our best to find faster shipping for you, obviously, you have to pay a higher fee for this service.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active after the order is shipped and will be available within 2-5 business days. You could track your order with a tracking number directly on our website at this URL https://track.subdior.com. If you do not receive tracking information at that time and you really want to track your order, please contact us actively, we will resolve it for you asap.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Currently, our store just supports shipping to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Contact us at [email protected] if you would like to receive products outside these countries.
